Adrian Marshall has blogged his fishomaniac winning day, which will be up on here with photo's later today.

New 'Guru' N-Gauge line
Guru has established itself as a market leader in the 'match Carp' terminal tackle market since its launch in May last year.
The feeders, hooks and all the little items are well made and well thought out and have a huge following throughout the match scene.
The latest release from Guru has been the 'N-GAUGE' hooklength/rig line.

Like most anglers I have my own favourite lines that I stick with and for me that has been Maver smart Genesis for all my Carp rigs and Sensas Palmer line for all my silver fishing and winter rigs.
When the Guru 'N-Gauge line was released just recently I has a good look at it and decided to take some to a recent Stafford Moor festival with me to give it a proper try.

Well I can honestly say I have now changed over to the 'Guru' N-gauge line for all my Carp rigs now and so have quite a few of my mates who also tried it and loved it. Joe Roberts knows a thing or two about lines and I gave some to him to try and he is now using the line for all his Carp rigs and hook lengths.

The line is very supple and soft, but is very strong for its diameter. It knots well and the diameter is actually very accurate. I have been using it for my rigs and hooklengths for the last 6 weeks or so and I am more than happy with it. I will be staying with 'guru N-Gauge' line for all my Carp rigs and hooklengths from now on.

The line comes in handy 100 metre spools and Retails at a modest £4.99.
There are 6 diameters in the range and they are as follows:

0.13 4lb
0.15 5lb
0.17 6lb
0.19 7lb
0.22 9lb
0.25 12lb

Lots of anglers are more than happy with the lines they have used for many years. Working in a tackle shop I know that the most popular rig line by far is the Preston power line. It’s popular because its very strong, but the diameter is miles out.
The Guru N-Gauge line is just as strong but when you use 0.17 for instance, you know its 0.17 near as dam it, and not 0.19.5 as with Preston power line.

Hooklength and rig line is a personal thing, but take a look at the Guru N-Gauge line and see how good it is.

You know it makes sense!
